Divorce and parenting matters

Augusta divorce and custody representation

A divorce or parenting dispute involves decisions that continue after the immediate conflict has passed. I help clients identify urgent concerns, organize the relevant information, and work toward arrangements they understand.

Thoughtful preparation for financial and parenting decisions.

Decisions deserve a complete picture

Property, debts, retirement accounts, alimony, support, and parenting arrangements should be considered together. A proposal that appears simple may leave important questions unanswered. I review the documents and discuss the terms being proposed before you decide how to proceed.

Parenting requires practical detail

A workable plan addresses the child’s safety, school, routine, holidays, transportation, and important decisions. If an order already exists, explain what has changed and what you want the court to address. Custody, visitation, and support have different legal requirements.
